Please ensure you have a clear space for setup. For karaoke sets, you’ll need access to a power outlet and a TV or monitor with HDMI input. For other equipment, specific requirements will be listed in the product description.

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a collection address and time slot. Simply arrive at the designated location during your slot and our team will help you load the equipment into your vehicle.

Most of our equipment is designed to fit in a standard sedan or SUV. Specific dimensions and packing tips are provided in your booking confirmation. If you’re unsure, an SUV or van is always the safest choice.

Yes! We offer delivery and setup services for an additional fee. You can select this option during checkout. Our team will deliver, set up, and collect the equipment at the end of your rental period.

Absolutely. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each rental. Microphones come with fresh disposable covers, and all surfaces are disinfected before collection.
